Shitoku lukte het toch maar knappe werken te verzamelen… Via zijn contacten bekwam hij o.a. een zeer mooi platenboek in kleuren over het leven van de Boeddha (in 1951 uitgegeven bij YMBA, Rangoon).

Shitoku managed to acquire very wonderful books… Through his contacts, our library has been enriched with a very nice colour plate book about the Life of the Budda (edited by YMBA, Rangoon in 1951).

Het kaftje van deze Schatten op Zolder is gesierd met plaat 12:
Boeddha aanvaardt rijstkom en melk door Sujātā aangeboden.
